§ 51.14  EMERGENCY WATER CONSERVATION PROCEDURES.
   The Water Storage Response Plan entitled, “Emergency Water Shortage Response Plan”, dated 9-13-2010, is hereby approved and shall be submitted to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
