(A) Water and sewer service charges shall be paid not later than ten days after the postmark date of the bill.
(B) Water and sewer services may be cut off for non-payment after the expiration of the ten-day period without further notice.
(C) Payment of water and sewer bills may be enforced as provided in G.S. § 160A-314.
