§ 130.12  TRIMMING TREES ON PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   No person engaged in the business of a commercial tree trimming company or operation shall trim any tree, bush or shrub on any of the public rights-of-way within the city or on other property owned by the city without first having obtained a written permit from the City Manager.
   (B)   All persons engaged in the business of a commercial tree trimming company or operation, either on private property or with the permission provided in division (A) above, shall immediately after trimming any tree, bush or shrub and on the day of such trimming clean the area in which such trimming was conducted and cause all debris to be removed from such area and cause such area to be restored to a condition equally clear of debris as same existed before such trimming.
