(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violation of any provision of § 130.09 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.

(C) Any person charged and convicted with a violation of § 130.13 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 at the discretion of the courts, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
