§ 130.05  INJURING OR DEFACING PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall willfully or negligently injure, interfere with, deface or mutilate in any way whatsoever any public property.
   (B)   No person shall willfully or negligently injure or interfere with any property used in the city’s water, sewer, police or fire alarm system, nor with any property of any person operating under a public franchise in the city.
