In order to protect the public health, safety and welfare and especially to protect minors who may reasonably be expected to be in public places and to be affected by obscene acts and language therein:
(A) No person shall expose himself or herself in an indecent manner on any street, sidewalk or any other public place; and/or
(B) No person shall commit any obscene act on any street, sidewalk or other public place.
