§ 114.034  DRIVER’S MANIFEST REQUIRED.
   Every driver shall maintain a manifest upon which are recorded all trips made each day, showing time and place of origin and destination, the number of passengers, and the amount of fare for each trip. All such completed manifests shall be open for inspection at any reasonable time to any city police officer whose duty it is to enforce the provisions of this section. The forms for such records shall be provided to the driver by the owner and shall be of a character approved by the Chief of Police or the Inspector of Taxicabs.
