§ 113.28  EXPIRATION.
   Any permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall not exceed or authorize such business activity for more than five days, if any person wishes to conduct such business activity for more than five days, he or she must submit a new application and the other fees and documents required by this subchapter and receive a permit for each time period up to five days from the expiration of any permit issued or to be issued. If one day or more elapses between scheduled business activity during which time there is no business activity, a new and separate permit must be obtained for each time segment of scheduled business activity.
