§ 95.04  THROWING SHARP OBJECTS IN STREETS.
   No person shall throw, place or deposit any glass or other sharp or cutting substance or any injurious obstruction in or upon any of the streets, sidewalks, alleys or other public places maintained or serviced by the city.
