(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A violation of § 95.56 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and punishable as provided by law. Also, if the City Manager or his or her designee shall notify the offending person to remove said junk and such notice is served upon such offending person, then each and every day that said junk is permitted to remain shall be considered a separate and distinct misdemeanor and punishable as such.
