§ 91.04  FUELING OF VESSELS OR BOATS.
   It shall be unlawful for any vessel or boat to be fueled by any commercial or other fuel dealer at city parks, docks or street rights-of-way. Petroleum distributors are prohibited from selling or dispensing any type of fuel to vessels or boats while moored at city parks, docks or street rights-of-way.
