No person shall park or cause to be parked within the corporate limits of the city any vehicle of two and one-half tons or greater capacity on any public street located within a residentially zoned district, as defined in the city's Unified Development Ordinance. Any and all emergency/disaster relief equipment which requires overnight parking may be exempted by direction of the City Manager.
