§ 72.07  PARKING IN FIRE SAFETY ZONE.
   (A)   No person shall park or cause to be parked any motor vehicle or other vehicle or contraption or to allow same to stand in any area marked “Fire Safety Zone - No Parking”.
   (B)   Any motor vehicle, contraption or other vehicle left parked or standing in a fire safety zone may be towed away and the cost of such towing and storage charged to the owner thereof as the condition for the release of same to the owner. The owner’s permission to the driver of the vehicle to drive same shall constitute the owner’s consent that same may be towed away and of the owner’s consent to pay such charges.
   (C)   The charges set forth in this section shall be in addition to such fines as may be levied by the court after warrant duly issued.
