No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of lawful traffic movement and with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle within 18 inches of the curb or edge of the roadway; provided, the following parking shall be lawful.
(A) Angular parking. Angular parking in marked spaces designated by the City Manager shall be permitted in the areas designated by ordinance.
(B) One-way streets. Parking parallel to the roadway heading in the direction of lawful movement with the left-hand or right-hand wheels of the vehicle within 18 inches of the curb or edge of the roadway shall be lawful on one-way streets unless parking is otherwise restricted on one or both sides.
