(A) No person shall park or cause to be parked a vehicle on the street or parts of streets, or on any designated parking area owned, leased or maintained by the city, where signs prohibit such or in violation of lawful time limitations.
(B) Time limitations apply not only to individual spaces, but to any space that has a time limitation located in the block where the vehicle is parked.
(C) Parking prohibited in designated places. When signs are placed, erected or installed, giving notice thereof, or the curbing has been painted yellow in lieu of such signs, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or portions of streets described in the city prohibited parking traffic schedule, which is incorporated herein by reference and may be amended from time to time by the City Council.
