§ 72.03  PARKING UNLICENSED MOTOR VEHICLES ON STREETS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park or cause to be parked upon any street of the city a motor vehicle which has not been duly licensed according to the laws of the state and the city or on which a currently valid license is not clearly exhibited.
