1147.06 CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH ZONING CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED.

   A Zoning Certificate shall be required for any of the following:

   (a)   Change in use of an existing building or accessory building to a use of different classification.

   (b)   Change in occupancy or ownership and/or use of vacant land and/or buildings, except residential.
