1127.09 SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS AND SAFEGUARDS.

In approving any Mobile Home Park, the Commission may prescribe appropriate conditions and safeguards in conformity with this chapter. Violation of such conditions and safeguards, when made a part of the Zoning permit, shall be deemed a violation of this Ordinance and punishable under Chapter 1147.
