(A) A person younger than 21 years of age shall not possess cannabis products except as authorized under the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act. A person who violates this section is guilty of civil violation and shall be subject to four hours of community service.
(B) A person 21 years of age or older shall not possess more than two ounces of cannabis, 16 grams of cannabis extract and 800 milligrams of edible cannabis in public. A person who violates this section is guilty of civil violation and shall be subject to four hours of community service.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person without a business permit from the city and a license under the Act or the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act, to intentionally sell or barter cannabis products.
(1) A person under 18 who violates this section shall be subject to four hours of community service.
(2) A person 18 or older who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of up to $500, 90 days in jail, or both.
