§ 7.01 APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   A Board of Adjustment is hereby established which shall hear and decide (i) appeals and (ii) requests for variances to the provisions of this chapter, and shall take any other action which is required of the Board.
