§ 40.03 DESTRUCTION OF NONCONFORMING BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.
   Any nonconforming building or structure, which has been or may be damaged by fire, flood, explosions, earthquake, war, riot or any act of God, may be reconstructed and used as before if it is done within one year of such calamity, unless damaged more than 65% of its fair market value, as determined by the Board, at the time of such damage, in which case construction shall be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
