§ 35.05 NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES REQUIRED.
   At least the following numbers of useable off-street parking spaces shall be provided; also adequate provision for ingress, egress and maneuvering shall be provided.
   (A)   Residential.

1 for each 20 square feet of floor area, plus not less than 1/3 of the total ground area be devoted exclusively to parking and accessways

1 for each 200 square feet of floor devoted to sales, plus 1 for each full-time employee
Shopper’s goods - appliance, household equipment, furniture and similar stores
1 for each 500 square feet of floor area, plus 1 for each full-time employee

1 for each 2 seats, plus 1 for each employee at work
Theaters - indoor
1 for each 4 seats
Theaters - outdoor
Reserved parking spaces at the entrance to the theater shall be provided equal to 10% of the vehicle capacity of the theater

High school
1 for each 4 students based on maximum number of students facility is designed to handle at one time or 1 for each 4 seats in principal auditorium whichever is greater, plus 1 for each employee
Hospitals
1 for each 2 beds, plus 1 for each doctor or visiting doctor 1 for each 2 employees
Library
1 for each 1,000 square feet of floor area
Nursery school
1 for each 4 students, plus 1 for each employee
Nursing home, convalescent home and similar type establishment
1 for each 3 beds, plus 1 for each employee
Private clubs and lodges
Parking spaces equal to 1/3 of capacity of facility in persons
 
   (F)   Other uses. For uses not listed heretofore in this schedule of parking requirements, parking spaces shall be provided on the same basis as required for the most similar listed uses, or as determined by the Board.
   (G)   Plot plan. Any application for a building permit or for a certificate of occupancy shall include therewith a plot plan, drawn to scale and fully dimensioned, showing all parking facilities required by this chapter.
