§ 31.12 RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ADJACENT TO A TRANSMISSION PIPELINE EASEMENT.
   The area of a transmission pipeline easement, within which a pipeline exceeding six inches in diameter is located, shall not be included as part of the minimum lot area of a lot to be used for residential development, nor shall it be included as part of any required yard.
