§ 31.10 ADJOINING LOTS.
   No structure may be constructed across lot lines except in the case of adjoining lots where the property owner(s) sign and record a “Restrictive Covenant and Agreement Not to Sever” in cooperation with the Planning and Zoning Commission. For the purposes of enforcing this section, the adjoining lots shall be treated as one lot with respect to enforcing setback provisions and enforcement of § 30.02(B) of this chapter.
