§ 31.05 TRAFFIC VISIBILITY ACROSS CORNER LOTS.
   In an “R” District on any corner lot, no fence, structure, wall, screening or planting shall be erected or maintained within 25 feet of the “corner” of the lot line so as to interfere with traffic visibility across the corner.
