Property and buildings in the P/M Public and Municipal District shall be used only for the purposes outlined in divisions (A) through (L) below:
(A) Cemetery;
(B) Community recreation centers open to the general public;
(C) Fire stations;
(D) Golf courses open to the general public;
(E) Municipal administrative or public service buildings or properties not having outside storage;
(F) Parks and playgrounds;
(G) Public parking lots;
(H) Public child care center;
(I) Public library;
(J) Public schools and private schools offering general educational courses the same as ordinarily given in public schools;
(K) Sport complexes - indoor and outdoor facilities not having lights; and
(L) Water treatment plants.
