§ 29.05 LOT AREA, LOT WIDTH AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Lot area. The minimum lot area requirement shall be 10,000 square feet.
   (B)   Lot width and yard requirements. The following minimum requirements shall be observed:
 
Lot width
None
Front yard depth
25 feet
Side yard width
5 foot minimum on one side and a total of 15 feet for both sides, except where adjoining an “R” District, then same as the least width in that “R” District
Rear yard depth
10 feet, except where adjoining an “R” District, then same as required in that district
