(A) This Industrial District is intended to provide for heavy or intense industries. The District is designed primarily for manufacturing, assembling and fabricating activities, including large scale or specialized operations whose external effects will be felt to some degree by surrounding districts. Less restriction is placed upon outdoor use and storage.
(B) Certain uses having a nuisance potential are permitted only in this district, and there only by permit use on review.
