(A) Parking. No parking or driveways shall be allowed in the first ten feet of the required front yard adjacent to the property line, except that entrance driveways may cross the first ten feet of the required front yard.
(B) Landscaping requirements. One tree for each seven parking spaces provided on site shall be planted and maintained in the front yard. All trees shall be at least six feet tall at the time of planting.
(C) Outdoor storage. Outdoor storage is prohibited unless approved by the Board of Adjustment
