§ 27A.04 LOT AREA, LOT WIDTH AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Lot area. The minimum lot area requirement shall be 15,000 square feet.
   (B)   Lot width and yard requirements. The following minimum requirements shall be observed:
 
Lot width
None
Front yard depth
25 feet
Side yard width
10 feet minimum on one side. 25 feet total
Rear yard depth
15 feet, except where adjoining an “R” District, then same as required in that district
