The following principal uses may be permitted on review by the Board in accordance with provisions contained herein:
(A) Child care center and preschool;
(B) Contractor’s office, shop and completely enclosed storage area;
(C) Machine shop with no exterior storage; and
(D) Outside storage of materials or products when screened from view from surrounding streets.
