§ 25.01 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.

   Property and buildings in the “C-2” Central Business District shall be used only for the purposes outlined in divisions (A) through (N) below:

   (A)   Any permitted use in the “C-l” Neighborhood Commercial District;

   (B)   Automobile service station;

   (C)   Bar, tavern or restaurant:

   (D)   Bicycle sales, rental and repair store;

   (E)   Convenience store;

   (F)   Department store;

   (G)   Gunsmithing, locksmith;

   (H)   Indoor theater;

   (I)   Laundry and dry cleaning shop;

   (J)   Parking lots and parking garages;

   (K)   Pet shop;

   (L)   Private club or lodge;

   (M)   Accessory uses or buildings customarily incidental to any of the above uses; and

   (N)   Any other use determined by the Board to be of the same general character as the foregoing permitted uses.
