§ 22.01 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.

   Property and buildings in an “R-3” Multiple-Family Residential District shall be used only for the following purposes:

   (A)   Any permitted use in the “R-2” Two-Family Residential District;

   (B)   Dwellings for any number of families;

   (C)   One-family row dwelling (party wall) with not more than six dwellings in a row or building, the units of which may be on individual fee simple lots;

   (D)   Boarding and lodging houses; and

   (E)   Accessory uses or buildings which are customarily incidental to any of the above stated uses.
