The following principal uses may be permitted on review by the Board in accordance with the provisions contained herein:
(A) Any permitted use on review in the “R-1” Single-Family Residential District; and
(B) Parking areas accessory to a use in an adjoining less restricted district when abutting or directly across an alley, subject to the applicable conditions contained herein and such further conditions as may be stipulated by the Board.
