§ 16.07 FINDINGS ON APPEALS.
   (A)   The Board may affirm or may, upon the concurring vote of three members, reverse wholly or modify in part the interpretation. To that end, the Board shall have all the powers of the officer from whom the appeal is taken.
   (B)   The Zoning Enforcement Officer shall maintain records of all actions of the Board relative to appeals.
