The Mayor and Council shall discharge the following duties under this chapter:
(A) Appoint the Zoning Enforcement Officer whose responsibility will be to enforce the provisions of this chapter;
(B) Appoint members to the Board as provided for in this chapter and state statutes;
(C) Receive and decide upon all recommendations concerning amendments, supplements, changes or repeal of the Zoning Chapter submitted to them by the Commission;
(D) Receive from the Commission all recommendations on the effectiveness of this chapter; and
(E) To decide all matters upon which it is required to pass under this chapter.
