§ 12A.04 FINALITY OF DECISIONS OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   All decisions and findings of the Board of Adjustment, applications for a variance or application for a use on review, after a hearing, shall, in all instances, be final administrative decisions and shall be subject to judicial review as by law may be provided.
