(A) Fee. Effective July 1, 2014, and every year thereafter, all contractors doing business within the limits of the city shall obtain a license. The fee for said license shall be $75 and shall be paid annually. Licenses obtained after April 1 shall require a $100 fee. Such a license shall be valid for the remainder of the permit period, plus the next permitting period.
(B) Licenses. All licenses are valid until June 30 of the year subsequent to the year the license was obtained except as noted above. The license must be renewed every July 1 after subsequent year when the license shall be renewed for another 12-month period.
