§ 32.05 PENALTIES.
   Any violation of the provisions of this chapter by any person, firm or corporation shall be considered a municipal infraction, as provided in Title A, Chapter 2, §§ 3.01 and 3.02. Each day a violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
