§ 1.03 FENCE CONTRACTING.
   No person, firm, partnership or corporation shall engage in fence contracting without having a current valid license issued in accordance with this chapter. The term FENCE CONTRACTING shall mean being engaged in the performance or supervision of work regulated by the provisions of Title D, Chapter 2, § 38.
