§ 1.02 SIGN CONTRACTING.
   No person, firm, partnership or corporation shall engage in sign contracting without having a current valid license issued in accordance with this chapter. The term SIGN CONTRACTING shall mean being engaged in the performance or supervision of work regulated by the provisions of Title D, Chapter 2, § 37.
