§ 29.02 INSTALLATION OF STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS.
   When required, storm sewers shall be constructed throughout the entire subdivision which shall be separate and independent of the sanitary sewer system and which shall provide an adequate outlet to other facilities. When storm sewers are not installed, adequate facilities for the removal of surface water shall be provided throughout the entire subdivision.
