Easements across lots or centered on rear or side lot lines shall be provided for utilities and shall be at least ten feet wide on each side of all rear lot lines, side lot lines and front lot lines where necessary. The location of the proposed easements shall be concurred to by the utility companies for which they are intended in writing. A copy of the concurrence shall be provided to the Community Development Director prior to approval of the plat by the City Council. It shall be the developer’s responsibility to obtain the necessary concurrence.
