§ 21.05 BLOCKS IN COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL AREAS.
   Blocks intended for commercial and industrial use shall be designated as such, and the plan shall show adequate off-street areas to provide for parking, loading docks and such other facilities that may be required to accommodate motor vehicles.
