§ 19.11 STREET NAMES.
   Streets and avenues shall be numbered in accordance with the present numbering system, as provided in this code. Streets that are obviously in alignment with others already existing and named shall bear the name of the existing street. Otherwise, names shall not duplicate existing street names, and names similar to existing street names shall not be permitted.
