§ 19.01 STREETS TO BE CONTINUED.
   Streets in new subdivisions shall be designed to provide for the continuation of existing and planned streets. In addition the Board or the Council may require the provision of right-of-way for the connection of proposed subdivision to any adjoining unsubdivided land.
