Prior to the filing of a preliminary plat, it is recommended that the subdivider submit to the Administrative Officer material relating to the proposed subdivision in order to avail himself or herself of the advice and assistance of the Board. This may include information relative to the site and conditions of the site, existing community facilities and utilities on and adjacent to this site, number and size of lots proposed and the like. It is suggested that, for the maximum benefit, the material should include §§ 5.01 and 5.02 of this chapter.
