§ 9.07 RECYCLABLE MATERIAL.
   (A)   Containers for recyclable material shall be a specially marked 18-gallon container as specified by the city.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as preventing the Street Superintendent from approving other receptacles or devices that, in his or her opinion, meet the requirements of § 8.03 of this chapter.
