(A) Recyclable material shall be separated from garbage and refuse accumulated on the premises.
(B) All plastic containers shall be rinsed, flattened and the lids removed. All cans, regardless of type of metal composition, shall be rinsed and flattened. Newspapers, magazines and paper shall be placed in paper sacks. Cardboard shall be flattened and placed in paper sacks. Glass containers shall be rinsed and have the lids removed.
