(a) The tap and service line fee to be paid in advance by the applicant for each tap shall be as follows:

(b) For tap and service lines larger than 2.0" in nominal diameter, the charge shall be actual costs of installation and meter plus $100.00 when installed within the Village limits; and actual cost of installation and meter plus $150.00 when installed outside Village limits.
